How to Update your Company’s Address Please submit an email to your Sales Account Manager on your company letterhead requesting an update to your Legal and/or Billing Address. Your Sales Account Manager will validate the information and complete our internal Carrier Profile Update Process (CPUP) form and submit the change for implementation within 10 business days after receipt of all the required & validated information. Note: If you do not have your Sales Account Manager’s contact information please email your Carrier Relations Manager noted as a billing contact on your invoice/statement.
