Inductees will be celebrated during the Annual Convention and Expo as well as in NDA membership and news communications. PROGRAM REQUIREMENTS Eligibility Eligible nominators include NDA member companies in good standing, the NDA Awards Committee, or the NDA Board of Directors Nominee must be a current or past employee of an NDA member company Candidates may be nominated posthumously Nomination Packets Must Include: Completed NDA Hall of Fame Program Application (page 2) Minimum of three (3) letters of recommendation from current or former colleagues. Topics to cover include, but are not limited to: How the nominee has contributed to the company Relationship to the nominee Significant accomplishments the nominee has made within the company such as customer success, program development, new business wins, etc. Outstanding service to the company or industry Distinguished achievements within the company or industry Current professional headshot in electronic format (high resolution .jpeg) Thorough biography or career summary of the nominee HOW TO SUBMIT All applications and supporting documents will be reviewed by the NDA Awards Committee and will be judged based on completeness of application and concrete examples of the individual’s nomination criteria.
