Receiving Operator Correspondence The AFELink Inbox screen contains all correspondence from operators with information about a new mail ballot contained in the message The partner then clicks on the mail ballot to go to the Mail Ballot Partners screen
Processing Non-Operated Mail Ballots From the Mail Ballot Partners screen, the Partner can: See basic mail ballot description and other partners in the mail ballot

Respond to Operator To send a response to the operator, all a partner needs to do is: Click on the option they would like to select Add additional notes or attachments to send back to the operator Click “Save & Send Response”
Receive Results Letter Once results have been received, the operator will generate a Results Letter and send it to partners. Partners are notified by email when the Results Letter is received and can access it from the Mail Ballot screen
