MINISTRY OF ECONOMY AND COMMERCE PRESSURE EQUIPMENT DIRECTIVE IN ROMANIA Implementing Measures conducted by MEC (2) SEMINARS + GUIDELINES + SITE MEC MEC promoted and coordinated the issue of the Romanian version of the “BLUE GUIDE” in 2004 MEC issued a Brochure with approximated acquis in the manufacturing sectors, including pressure sector MEC organized seminars and round tables, starting with 2001, quarterly Technical assistance program PSO “Implementation of PED in Romania” 2002 - 2004 MEC promoted and coordinated the issue of the Romanian version of the Guidelines elaborated in Working Group Pressure of CE in 2004, to be updated in 2005 MEC promoted and coordinated the issue of a practical guide to the implementation for the GD 584/2004 transposing PED MEC proposed a Study to assess the capacity of industry to operate in the pressure equipment sector Periodically updating of the site www.minind.ro with all relevant information http://www.minind.ro/domenii_sectoare/index4.html April 2005 Bratislava
