Net Guru Inc. Mr. Amrit Das originally founded Net Guru, Inc. as Research Engineers International in 1981 (REI). REI was the first company to invent STAAD, PC based civil engineering software for structural design and analysis for the A/E/C (Architectural/Engineering/Construction) market. The genius of STAAD lies in the ease of use and practical features that encompass the engineering process, making engineers’ jobs easier.
