At what age can you Rights & Responsibilities Buy cigarettes 18 It is illegal to sell cigarettes, e-cigarettes/e-liquid, tobacco or cigarette papers to anyone under the age of 18. This means that children under 10 can’t be arrested or charged with a crime. Children under the age of 10 who commit crime can be given a Local Child Curfew or a Child Safety Order.
