What to do and expect when your student arrives They will be tired may sleep for quite sometime They will be hungry after their flight here. Do not try to do too much too soon. When student is rested show them the immediate community (nearby parks, stores etc.) Please go over house rules and expectations ASAP! Find out what name the student prefers to be called. Decide what they feel comfortable calling parents. This may change. Also warn of Arizona critters. (Snakes etc.) Implement plan to include student in family. Must provide 3 meals a day for student. Must take full load at school. Required classes are U.S. History or Gov’t and English. Please send copy your LC for verification of full class schedule.
