How do you want to check it, online, review by friends, go to the shop and get their hands on it? If they would buy it without checking, what are the risks of that approach?

When someone applies for a job the employer wants the best person they can possibly get for their money. Just like you want the best phone for your money, the best meal for your money and the best education for your money. You want someone who knows what they are doing, enjoys what they do and is going to stick at it. Work Experience is a great way at a young age of trying things out to see if you like it, to understand what’s all about and if you want to invest your time in getting there.
