What you need to do: During performance management you need to decide which area you will focus on for the year (you have 4 weeks to decide and speak to the leads if required). You will then meet with your lead on each staff meeting (20th November, 19th March, 17th April and the 25th June) to discuss how to implement these proven strategies into your teaching / complete action research on its effectiveness. The 25th June meeting will be a celebration event / chance for all staff to share experiences and the impact on learning (teacher and students). Use the BPP to find resources relevant to the area of focus.
