The Sorting Hat Upon entering the exhibit, two lucky people were picked to be sorted. I was one of them! I stepped onto the stool, placed the hat onto my head, and it told me I was a …….. Touring the Exhibit We saw lots of clothes, props, and settings from the actual movie. We saw Harrys, Hermiones, and Rons dress robes and casual clothes, as well as the robes of all the teachers and their classrooms. My favorite was Hermiones casual outfit from the 3 rd movie. Interactive Displays There were many interactive displays, too. I got to pull a crying mandrake from the ground. It really screeched! I also got to throw a quaffle through the goal post. Another fun thing to look at was the pictures on the wall. They looked like regular pictures at first, but then the people in them started to move! I even got to meet The Fat Lady and enter the Gryffindor Common Room! There were many interactive displays, too. I got to pull a crying mandrake from the ground. It really screeched! Themed Rooms There were lots of themed rooms that were created to look like parts of Hogwarts. For example, there was the Forbidden Forest with Voldemort, Death Eaters, Lucius, and Draco (scary!!); there was Hagrids Hut, which had Buckbeak and a hatching Norwegian Ridgeback Dragon Egg; and last, but NOT least, was the Great Hall complete with a holiday feast and all the candy and treats from Hogsmeade! Gift Shop When exiting the exhibit, there was an entire gift shop with exclusively Harry Potter items! It was like a dream come true!
