Billing-Cashier’s Office Student will receive an email when the bill is calculated. The email will instruct the student to view the bill in PASS. No paper bills will be mailed. Grants and loans will be directly applied to the student’s account in the first days of each semester.

Guest Access: Cashier’s Office Students may allow guest users to view their pass account. Students allow what they want the guest user to access
Cashier’s Office-Refunds If a student has a credit balance, a refund is generated thru Bank Mobile. When initiating an account with Bank Mobile, a student may choose one of the following options to receive their refunds: Direct Deposit into student's personal checking or savings account. Direct Deposit into a Bank Mobile Customer Bank Account.
