TAP Instructional Rubric TAP has defined a set of professional indicators known as the TAP Instructional Rubrics to measure teaching skills, knowledge and responsibilities of the teachers in a TAP school. Three Domains Domain 1: Designing and Planning Instruction Domain 2: Implementing Instruction Domain 3: Learning Environment (Designer note) Have the Instruction Rubric slowly and seamlessly move across the screen – focus on the first indicator, Standards and Objectives 10:32/10:33 a.m. at this point in the pilot
