ER Programmes Participation: To what extent decision making and control be shared? Protection: Are there aspects of the workplace that threaten the well-being of employees? Rights: How shall we ensure they are in place? Assistance: How shall we respond to the special needs of specific employees? Communication: How best can we convey our organizational philosophy to employee? Recognition: How can we award for the good work done? Social & Informal: How can we understand one another better?
