Zero Tolerance Policy - driving offense at .02 - .07 Possible Consequences: 1st offense -misdemeanor, lose license 90 days days, maximum jail 90 days, maximum fine $1,000.00, possible M.I.P. 2nd offense- misdemeanor, lose license until 21 or 1 year, maximum jail 90 days, max. fine $1,000, possible M.I.P.
3. D.U.I. - driving with .08 or higher (treated the same as adult) Possible Consequences: 1st offense - at least 90 days license suspension, at least 1 day in jail or electric home monitoring, fines to $8,125.00, and possible ignition interlock (costs $10.00 day = $300.00 a month!)
