FY18 Rural Health Grants *The application period for this program is forthcoming Rural Communities Opioid Response (Planning) Initiative The purpose of this one-year grant program is to develop plans to implement opioid use disorder prevention, treatment, and recovery interventions designed to reduce opioid overdoses among rural populations.
