Presentation transcript:

“ I really appreciate my company providing this benefit to us; it has really helped me think in healthier terms.  I watch my blood pressure and work to keep my cholesterol down, these are things I used to never think about! ” Problem: Mike was apprehensive about participating in the Wellness Program. He didn’t understand how he could benefit, other than earning points for his incentive. He soon discovered he was wrong! He learned that both his blood pressure and cholesterol were high and he needed to take action to improve them. Solution: Mike began Wellness Coaching. With his Coach’s help, he took action to begin exercising and watch his intake of high-fat and salty foods. He began to eat healthy fats and more fruits and vegetables. Within a few months, his blood pressure and cholesterol were in normal range.
