ALL USERS must be out of the software when a release or update is installed unless otherwise noted by LGC support. 4.The computer that the release is being installed on must allow executables to be downloaded from the Internet. If downloads are blocked by a firewall, etc. the release can not be loaded. Contact your IT dept for questions regarding this.
