an initiative developed for a trend. The T&B Advantage… an initiative developed for a trend.

The “TIPS” model T Trend I Implications P Possibilities S Solutions Let’s start by saying were not here to give you TIPS on how to run your business. We’d rather like to introduce you to a proven model we call TIPS. Its been used by our sales organization and we’ve had success and plenty of business relationships strengthened and developed with major electrical contractors as we’re using this process throughout Canada. Enumerate all the letters. T” stands for…. (See slide) So we’re here to share and validate that an accelerating trend is surfacing more and more in your industry and we want to use this momentum to introduce our solutions developed to answer your specific needs or business opportunities we may be able to address. © T&B November 15, 2018

Trend We are seeing a trend by machine builders, panel builders & OEM’s of successfully reducing both their purchasing and overhead costs by sourcing multiple products under one manufacturer and achieving economies of scale. The trend is that in order to differentiate themselves from existing or upcoming competitors entering the industry, OEM companies are expanding their management expertise to provide leading customer satisfaction levels and we will see later what the components of this new customer experience are. © T&B November 15, 2018

Implications What are the implications of this accelerating trend? Respecting deadlines Being cost competitive Using innovative electrical solutions Ensuring reliable service These implications will directly affect: The growth of your company Your business efficiency The scale and type of project Your overall productivity What are the implications of this accelerating trend? Market leading OEM’s need to meet and often exceed important customer demands such as: 1 to 4 And as you know… (see 2nd paragraph and describe the bullets) © T&B November 15, 2018

Possibilities Partnering with a proven manufacturer who can assist you in achieving your customers’ and your own requirements Becoming a leader in introducing and offering the most innovative solutions to your customers By combining your electrical product needs, your company could save time, money and labor Our experience tells us (give an example of a previous success story on a job or project…) that using a proven manufacturer can improve the overall management experience of your business in assisting you in achieving your projects or day to day requirements. Would your company be interested in saving time and labor using the most innovative electrical solutions making sure to differentiate your company from the competitors ? Following in the footsteps of this industry trend and its possibilities, would it not be advantageous to your company to partner with a manufacturer who offers the same concept? © T&B November 15, 2018
