Our Profile The company was established in the year 1979 as a small parternership group working in the frontline of pharmaceutical industry, which grew substantially in the market through persistently growing goodwill and maintenance of standards of it supplies. The company established its own manufacturing unit wherein the manufacturing of Soft Gelatin Capsules was commenced in the year 1981 with one encapsulation machine having a capacity of 0.4 million capsules per 24 hours with tremendous increase in demand of company’s products, the company gradually augmented its capacity to 3 millions capsules per day using seven Encapsulation machines. The company is specialized in the manufacture of oral, ophthalmic and inhalant dosage forms comprise of vitamins with and without minerals, and ophthalmic dosage forms comprise of antibiotics like Chloramphenicol, Gentamycin, Acyclovir etc.

Vision & Mission The company has the world – class manufacturing and analysis in its factory premises, which meet the GMP standards besides standards prescribed under Drugs and Cosmetics Act and Rules ,and its strictly follows guidelines lays down by the W.H.O for the manufacturing of Pharmaceuticals Formulations. Company manufactures only those products for which the permission has been granted by the licensing authority. The company has been also manufacturing various pharmaceutical products for other esteemed Pharmaceutical Companies under Loan Licenses / Third Party Agreement. The company believes in Total Quality Management System and constantly upgrading the standards of specification of its products and services. The Quality Policy states as under: Jyoti Capsulations Pvt. Ltd. is committed to fully meet the stated and functional (some times not clearly stated) requirements of the customers in terms of quality, delivery and quoted/negotiated cost. The company shall achieve it by Improving the operating efficiency of the processes Establishing a customer feedback system. Periodical review of quality system to improve its effectiveness. Creating a good, safe & healthy work environment.

Manufacturing Excellence The Company has the world-class manufacturing and analysis facilities in its factory premises, which meet the cGMP standards besides standards prescribed under Drugs and Cosmetics Act and Rules, and it strictly follows guidelines laid down by the W.H.O. for the manufacture of Pharmaceutical Formulations. The company has a capacity to produce 4 million capsules per day using seven Encapsulation lines. The company has also got the Certificate of Pharmaceutical Products (COPP) for various Products. Installed capacity per annum on the 3 shifts per day basis (with seven encapsulation machines) 3 millions capsules per day X 300 working days = 900 millions capsules.

Quality Control The company has world equipped laboratory. All specifications and analytical methods are previously approved by Quality Control and Assurance Department. The Quality Control Department have full authority to approve or to reject materials after their quality analysis. After receiving each raw materials or packing materials, the are stored in a Quarantine area. Samples are taken and kept in a UNDERTEST SECTION and remain their until release. As the production is concerned, technical persons of the Quality Control Department take samples and record observations. Time limits for completion of each phase of production are established to ensure the quality of the products. Deviations from established times may be established times may be acceptable, if such deviation does not compromise the quality of the drug products, it shall be justified and documented through approved standard testing procedure and standard operating procedures.

Certification & Awards The company is certified by DIN EN ISO 9001:2008. The certification is given by the TUV CERT Certification Body of TUV Industries Service GmbH TUV Rheinland Group. The company is also achieved a MSME award 2009. Mr. Ramesh Chandra Gulati, Director has received a life membership Certificate from the INDIAN PHARMACEUTICAL ASSOCIATION on December 2000. The company Jyoti Capsulations Private Limited have recognition of the following authorities: Drug Control Department of India had issued a W.H.O.- G.M.P (Good Manufacturing Practice) certificate. The Department had also issued the Certificate of Pharmaceutical product for number of product
