To develop, procure and distribute new original authentic content for publication with adequate capacity To deliver the content with optimal functionality on new and existing end user platforms To successfully introduce new customer service processes to the marketplace to create opportunities for new content publishers Goals To stream content using the venture’s platform to end users using the following devices, platforms or venues: Broadcast television satellite, cable IPTV Computers Mobile phones, tablets, displays and other devices To have end users view content published by the venture in Theaters. Objectives To create a pipeline for content to distributed on the technology platform of the venture Develop business relationships with 10 studios/production houses for the distribution of the content aggregated by the venture Deploy the contemplated IPTV streaming technology infrastructure to be accessed by end users ASAP. Scope Demonstrate IPTV streaming platform privately via recruitment events. Designate team members to execute project activities .
