Turn on Lab Quest (top left corner)

Click on Home screen (picture of small house) and then on Rate:

Set all settings to the following

Then click “OK”

Place temperature probe in beaker Place temperature probe in beaker. Have someone hold it by the top so it won’t tip over. Wait for the signal from your teacher! Have one person ready to drop in liver pieces and another person press the green button to start collecting data. Do not push any buttons while the unit is collecting data!
