Scoring System Approach Focuses on the “how” Deployment Addresses the extent to which an approach is used across the entire organization Difficult to assess from written application. Many Site Visit Issues will address deployment. Learning and Integration Focuses on how the organization learns and integrates the knowledge throughout the organization Results Outcomes & effects of Approach/Deployment For Site Visits: What information drives results? The Report is written with you in mind!
Site Visit Agenda Monday and Tuesday Wednesday Thursday and Friday On-site meetings and data gathering Wednesday Finish on-site data gathering Closing meeting Wednesday afternoon Thursday and Friday Complete Site Visit report at hotel Applicant needs to pick up any equipment/supplies from the hotel
Site Visit Logistics Clarify, verify, update (not an audit) No Feedback provided before Feedback Report Will be compiling findings until Friday No gifts or mementos Short time-frame/Compressed schedule You will be given time at the end of interviews Lots of paperwork/notes Kept confidential If questions or issues, see me or our Overseer
