Team members and Institution(s) TITLE Purpose statement – If you need to revise this in light of your work please do so. If you please update the purpose statement on your web site Team members and Institution(s) SUMMER 2018 WORKSHOP POSTER INSTRUCTIONS The posters will be on display twice during the workshop. On the first night it will inform the other change agents and the project team about your activities. On the second night, when your administrators are present, it will allow you to highlight the big picture of what you have accomplished with your work. So as you are developing the content for your poster, keep in mind how you would use it as a communication tool with your administrators. Here are some specifics about the poster: The narrative you wrote for your spring reflection will be useful for developing the poster. The poster text in italics are instructions and should be removed. For those teams at more than one institution, you can decide whether to do one or two posters. If you decide on two separate posters you can use the same content for those activities/plans that are in common (i.e. regional workshop etc.). The Regional Community Box. For the question - To date what are the outcomes of work with your regional colleagues? Think about what you have achieved with establishing this community and provide evidence for your achievements. For example, you could include information from your end of workshop surveys, development of mechanisms for staying in touch, information on repeat attendance and other items that you see appropriate. When you are finished creating your poster, save and upload the file as: TEAMNAMEsage_June2018Poster. Do not change the size of the poster (46” x 36”). Upload your poster to: https://serc.carleton.edu/sage2yc/workshops/c1- june2018/upload.html COURSE LEVEL OUTCOMES MEASURES WHAT WE HAVE COLLECTED WHAT QUESTIONS HAVE WE ASKED USING THESE DATA WHAT THE ANALYSIS OF OUR DATA HAS TOLD US WHAT TRENDS, IF ANY, DID WE SEE WHAT WE PLAN TO DO IN OUR COURSES AS A RESULT OF OUR DATA ANALYSIS WHAT WE PLAN TO DO IN OUR PROGRAMS AS A RESULT OF OUR DATA ANALYSIS WORK ON OUR CAMPUS(Include work you have done in your program, department, institution.
