Organization, systems, and Climates By: Vernon Swinson

Organization in the workplace Managerial control, ethics and accountability are all key to a successful organization. It is crucial that managers at all levels are aware of their roles and responsibilities in upholding positive workplace environments that can increase employee satisfaction as they are looked upon as leaders. Organization keeps the business running as it molds people to do the certain function that makes the business what it is.

Workplace Systems Systems in the workplace can be extremely useful for sharing knowledge, ideas and creativity with others to help employees learn and teach. The use of systems can enhance the culture of the business through collaboration. The most important aspect of a company is to motivate workers, affective integration in workplace systems can help employees see bigger picture of the company.

Workplace Climates Workplace climate is the process of quantifying the ‘’culture” of an organization, by the notion of an organizational culture. Tools for a successful workplace climate are clarity, commitment, standards, teamwork, reorganization, and responsibility.
