Objective The purpose of this project is to compare number of rooms available around UCLA and UC-Berkeley using census 2000 data Will focus on UCLA area during midterm and follow up UC-Berkeley information at final
Map 1:Geographic Overview Geographic boundary of Los Angeles County was created using Select By Attribute A new frame was inserted in the layout view to create the Inset Map. Select By Location was applied to retrieve census tract information within Los Angeles County
Map2 – Population density in Los Angeles County Population data is joined using census 2000 information Graduated colors are used to show different quantities
