Part 1 - Mental health is an everyday business. This half-day course provides skills and tools for undertaking supportive conversations that help build resilience against trauma that risks emotional well-being e.g. bullying, stress, anxiety, relationship difficulties and low mood. This is the first of a series of three face-to-face CAMHS training sessions that build on the new Universal CAMHS core competencies e-learning. It replaces the former ‘Child and Adolescent Mental Health Attachment and Resilience’ course.
