Assessment of accessibility and ICT applications/ services through consultation meetings with PRM associations The discussions highlighted the lack of a formal process or methodology to perform consultation with PRM associations in Greece in order to assess PRM needs in terms of ICT applications The early involvement in the design phase of vulnerable user groups, through a formal consultation process, will safeguard that their needs will be considered and cared for The tool has a very good benefit to cost ratio The tool helps specific user groups to feel more involved and included 15/11/2018 ECOMM 2016, Athens, June 1 - 3
