Women’s Fashion Long and slim outfits Long skirts and dresses Tailored suits Short sleeves were seen as casual Skirts became looser+shorter

Women’s Fashion Cont. Women had “boyish” haircuts (bobs) They still curled their hair Short and close to the head Hats covered half their head Prices could range from $1-$5

Men’s Fashion Coats were most often worn British Guard Officer’s overcoats V shape from neck to waist There was one difference between jackets and overcoats

Men’s Fashion Cont. Trousers were often worn Suit pants were matched with the suit jackets Plaids , stripes, and checker pants were often worn by young men. Flat Caps became popular in the 1920’s, but remained popular throughout the 1930’s.
