WAWF Questions Requestor: Milton Smith Will the new version handle Automated, Source-Source, Combo Documents with attachments? Tito – fixed in 3.0.10 Acceptance DoDAAC’s with extensions issued in WAWF. We have no way to determine what extension should be used for a particular contract or QA. Need some kind of tab provided. (When running ship-to DoDAAC for acceptors.) DCMA office should tell us which to use – should have agreement in place for DCMA use. Problem relates to source inspection/destination acceptance. Ship-to does not have acceptor role but extensions do. This problem may have a procedural solution. Is there a link provided to see MOCAS data? Don’t have notes as to an answer for this. Requestor: Jeff Lulejian Are there any plans to include DD250s for support equipment in WAWF? Dave needs an example and an explanation for why cannot do now.

UID Questions Requestor: Evelyn Franco Will $ amounts be required on UID parts? (Currently, we only put the $ amount on DD250s for foreign shipments and shipments to Northrop facilities.) UID - $ amt required – UID clause requires you to get amount into registry. Have agreement with pgm office that if you can demonstrate system (procedure) that gets info into registry w/o being on dd250, then can use drop ship with no price, then we push price to registry. Wawf will allow us to submit uid with no price, then submit update to registry with price.
