Praise and Thanksgiving We praise and thank you Lord… for your work around the world . that the Holy Spirit is moving. for the many souls being saved! that people around the world continue to sing songs of salvation. for a sense of spiritual excitement and renewed spiritual hunger. For corps Bible studies. for increasing numbers of dedicated officers and soldiers. that young people are rising up and joining the Army. for the support and respect shown to The Salvation Army by our communities.

Confession and Repentance We confess and repent of… having been shown grace and mercy but not always showing grace and mercy to others. not always placing our trust in God rather than in people. not seeking the Lord’s face. our ingratitude. abandoning the faith of the wise. not reaching out to former soldiers and officers.

Petition and Intercession We pray… make us one in the Spirit. root and establish us in love. unite us in prayer. give us a hunger for your Word. take away our complacency and help us to be people of integrity. allow us not to be consumed with programme, but to be consumed with purpose. bring about transformation by the power of the gospel of Christ. raise us up as an Army of truth.
