Scroll down to choose a layout.

Just by clicking on each item: You can change the pictures. You can change the titles. You can delete text boxes. You can change the titles of the boxes.

This button is how you put buttons on your website This button is how you put buttons on your website. This is the most important tool you have because it allows you to link to other sites, open up documents or link to other pages on your site.

This is where you link to other websites, other pages on your site or documents/Powerpoints that you upload.

To link to another Website: Either type the url in the box or… open up another window Go to the website you want to link to Highlight and then cut the web address Come back to this page and paste it in the box Click “Open link in new window” Click “Save”

If you want to link to another page on your website you need to create that page before you do this. So you need to go to “PAGES” on the blue bar.

You will add standard pages.

Press the “+” sign to add another page.

Type in the name of the page.

Press “Save”

Click on “BUILD” to add buttons and links to the new page. Don’t forget…if you want a button on your home page to link to the new page you created, you need to go to the home page and create a link to the newly created page.

If you want to add a file like a word document or a Powerpoint click here. This is great if you want to put a test or reading up without having to make photo copies.

You continue to do the same procedure to build additional webpages.

In order for people to see your website you need to press publish…anytime you add or change something to your site you MUST publish it in order for everyone to see it. If the students are on your site and you decide to add something, after you publish it they will need to refresh their screens.
