WEBMAIL and SENDING MAIL
Success Criteria Student will be able to access their email using Webmail. Students will write a paragraph in word stating their Goals. Students will be able to successfully email teacher their document using Outlook.
Accessing Webmail Open a browser. From the KSD or CHMS webpage, choose Office 365 You might need to login. You will do this using your KSD login. From the main screen choose MAIL
Creating a Signature for Webmail Click on the Sprocket icon. On the right side of the screen, scroll down and choose EMAIL. On the left side of the screen, scroll down and choose Email Signature. Build your Email Signature. Be sure to click SAVE!
Creating an Email Click NEW Type your teacher’s name into the TO field. Be sure to add a subject line. Recommendation: Name, Class Period, Assigment Name Type message in text box. Attach file by clicking the paperclip. This will access your OneDrive for files, but you an also seach your computer by clicking COMPUTER Be sure to click SEND after you have composed your email!
Type up your Goals Write a brief paragraph about your Goals. Be sure to include the following: Goals for this year. Goals for the next 4 years. Career or life goals. Email your document to your teacher using Webmail.
