The 5 P’s These are strategic themes around which we explore/discovery strengths, needs & opportunities during interviews, forums & surveys People- includes considering who we enroll & who we employ & partner with to deliver our program & advance our mission as we look to the future. Program- includes examining & reimagining the depth & breadth of our program & understanding what we can do to spark each student’s love of learning & prepare them for future success. Place- includes exploring how our facilities & spaces attract families & support best practice in teaching, learning & program excellence.
