LANGKAH 3 Mengenalpasti pertalian terus antara aktiviti-aktiviti. Untuk melihat perhubungan terus antara aktiviti-aktiviti, kita perlu bertanya dan menjawab soalan-soalan seperti yang ditunjukkan di mukasurat. Satu pendekatan untuk memudahkan tugas ini ialah dengan menggunakan matriks perhubungan seperti yang ditunjukkan di bawah:- 1. Menyediakan tapak, mengukur & menggali tanah _/ 2. Mengkonkrit Asas, Tiang & Rasuk Bumi 3. Menerap dinding bata -/ 4. Memasang rangka tingkat & pintu 5. Kerja bumbung & siling 6. Pemasangan letrik 7. Tangki & paip air 8. Tangki & saluran najis 9. Kakilima & parit 10. Kerja-kerja penyudahan 11. Pembersihan & penyerahan 1. Menyediakan taqpak, mengukur & menggali tanah 2. Mengkonkrit Asas, Tiang & Rasuk Bumi 4. Memasang rangka tingkap & pintu 9. Kenalpasti perhubungan antara aktiviti-aktiviti:- - dependent - parallel - overlapping - dulu, kemudian Lakarkan rajah Rentetan Hitung masa projek Hukmum Rangkaian Kerja Mula - akhir Tiada nod tergantung Tiada gelung Satu anak panah menyambung 2 nod Dari kiri ke kanan.
