Method of Manufacturing LCD Photo-spacer using Imprinting Lithography 本發明係運用壓印方式,將間隙劑陣列鑄模押入塗佈於基板表面高分子膜,使間隙劑 陣列圖形轉印至光阻上,並完成蝕刻去除多餘光阻膜,即可製作一均勻分佈之間隙劑 陣列,此間隙劑陣列可作為液晶顯示器所需的間隙劑。
