The idea OUR IDEA: the development of automatic control stations able to check, control and classify the esthetical defects at the end of process lines through an Artificial and Intelligent Vision Systems WHAT TECHNOLOGY: Our systems will be made by a HD equipment and a SW “Intelligent Core” HD part (HR cameras and/or Laser scanner, Small Robots for part manipulation, Support structure) allows to acquire images of exterior surfaces to be controlled as an electronic eye SW “Intelligent Core” will elaborate the images to recognize and classify the defects and to avoid that a defected good can be put on the market The SW will use Artificial Intelligence algorithms in order to implement a machine learning approach for esthetical defects training & recognition
