PROJECT SUMMARY $38M project to completely renew suites and amenity spaces in College West, Levels 3 - 6 Upgrading of critical systems New finishes and furnishings throughout New roof New exterior windows within the renovation area

PROJECT SCHEDULE Start: November 2016 Completion: March 2018 Schedule influences include the loss of revenue for 2+ years and the need to be complete prior to the 2018 Congress of the Humanities and Social Science

PROJECTS IMPACTS – EXTERIOR \ PROJECTS IMPACTS – EXTERIOR Construction fencing west of building, restricted area Sidewalk closure Increased traffic including large equipment, occasional road closures as required. Parking implications Relocated bike racks, DSA Minimal impact on loading dock

PROJECT IMPACTS – INTERIOR Noise Dust Utility disruptions Increased foot traffic in building Need to access occupied space to work (Science, ESL)

WORKING IN OCCUPIED SPACE All interruptions will be coordinated by Project Manager and advance notice will be provided. Contractor must take necessary precautions to protect contents of individual offices. After hours work when possible. Alternate space to work may also be an option

EFFORTS TO MINIMIZE DISRUPTION Working Group established in July 2016 Relocating classes for January 2017 Adjustments to class schedules After hours work Commitment to clear and constant communication throughout the course of the project
