Mildred & Montag Read Together Close Reading Carefully read pages 67-88. You will need to read deeply in order to complete these activities. Answer the following questions: >What does the White Clown symbolize? >What does the Denham’s Dental Detergent commercial reveal about Montag’s culture? >Why does Montag tell Faber that Mildred is dying? >What three things does Faber claim are missing from society that would help Montag understand the importance of books?
