The ‘GOING TO’ future is composed by: TO BE + GOING TO + BARE INFINITIVE I am going to make a party. She isn’t going to cook today. Are you going to play football this evening? 5

What are you going to do this evening? GOING TO FUTURE 'Going to' future is used to talk about plans. It suggests that something is decided. What are you going to do this evening? I'm going to watch a film on TV. I think it's going to rain.  He's going to play football. 6

'I am working late tomorrow.' A time expression should be included. PRESENT CONTINUOUS: You can use the present continuous when you are making plans. It's useful to talk about definite arrangements in the near future, as in the example above : 'I am working late tomorrow.' A time expression should be included. What time are you leaving tomorrow?
