Mission To cultivate innovative solutions for transforming the delivery of healthcare in San Joaquin County.

Current Vision for SJGH Innovation Lab

Current Vision A place to search for, design, test, and implement new approaches for improving the delivery of health care, improving the health and wellbeing of our patients and the people of San Joaquin County, and making health care more affordable. A place to inspire staff and our community partners to think creatively in improving the delivery of healthcare, improving the patient experience, and reducing the cost of care. A place for building relationships with emerging technology and other companies who have a desire to work within the safety-net environment to improve the delivery of and accessibility to health care. A place for developing and implementing a robust evaluation system to document and understand the value and cost of new innovations. A place to aid with the changes underway in the healthcare landscape in PRIME, Population Health, Clinical Informatics, quality improvement and others alike.
