WELL-BEING Luke 2:52 52And Jesus grew in wisdom and stature, and in favor with God and the people. PIXAR – Boundin’

Success Achieving well-being on all levels.

Well-being or Wellness Well-being is feeling healthy, happy, content and in control of your life. The overall goal in well-being is to achieve balance between the physical, social, emotional, intellectual, and spiritual aspects of health.

Physical Well-being means being physically healthy and free from pain and illness. It is your body’s ability to meet the demands of daily life. Physical well-being is a state of optimum fitness and health.

Social Well-being Getting along well with other people and having a strong sense of personal identity. Feeling comfortable with others and having some satisfying relationships with people that care about you are important for social well-being.

Emotional Well-being means feeling positive and happy most of the time about who you are and what you do. There is no excess of negative emotions such as anger or depression. Emotional wellbeing is the ability to cope effectively and handle problems and stress in daily life.

Intellectual Well-being refers to being mentally stimulated in learning, processing and acting on information. The ways you think and learn, and the information you gather and use, reflect your intellectual well-being.

Spiritual Well-being means clarifying your beliefs, morals and values and living your life accordingly. It involves bringing your thoughts and actions in line with what you value and believe, and finding purpose in life.

21 SUGGESTIONS FOR SUCCESS

Marry the right person. This one decision will determine 90% of your happiness or misery. Work at something you enjoy and that’s worthy of your time and talent. Give people more than they expect and do it cheerfully. Become the most positive and enthusiastic person you know. Be forgiving of yourself and others.

Be generous. Have a grateful heart. Persistence, persistence. Discipline yourself to save money on even the most modest salary. Treat everyone you meet like you want to be treated.

Commit yourself to constant improvement. Commit yourself to quality. Understand that happiness is not based on possessions, power or prestige, but on relationships with people you love and respect. Be loyal. Be honest.

Be a self-starter. Be decisive even if it means you’ll sometimes be wrong. Stop blaming others. Take responsibility for every area of your life. Be bold and courageous. When you look back on your life, you’ll regret the things you didn’t do more than the ones you did. Take care of those you love. Don’t do anything that wouldn’t make your Mom proud.
