Shape Words: Stop & Go Select a rhythm instrument as a signal to move Select a second instrument as a signal to freeze Select 2 shape words from the list, e.g. ANGULAR and HORIZONTAL On the move signal, move with angular shapes On the freeze signal, freeze in a horizontal shape. Repeat the exercise using a new set of words. Ask half of the group to watch while the other half moves and then switch.
