Western Lake Erie Basin (WLEB) Projects: Leveraging MAEAP In High Priority Watersheds
What is the MAEAP Model? Voluntary Partners Driven program that provides local Confidential boots on the ground 1 on 1 assistance to farmers to help them assess the environmental risks on their farm operation and develop an action plan to address those risks, reduce liability and become verified to reap the benefits of MAEAP. What it does really is help farmers see their farm differently—as a whole that they manage for the benefits of the environment and their operation.
