Smooth Muscles Are found in your internal organs. (stomach, bladder etc.) These muscles are involuntary. (They work without conscious thought.)

How do muscles work
Muscles Muscles are attached to bone by tendons. Muscles receive directions from the brain via the sensory pathway. One set of muscles contract while another set relax, which allows movement to occur.
