Planning Team Team of stakeholders that was formed and who met on a monthly basis starting the summer of 2016. They revised the Foundation Documents, read the Self-Study, and created objectives for Growth and Improvement Plan. .

Mission Statement Rooted in Catholic values and the charism of the Daughters of Charity, Elizabeth Seton High School cultivates confidence in young women to excel in college, careers, and life through an innovative and rigorous academic experience. As a diverse and inclusive learning community, students think critically and creatively, work collaboratively, and serve others.

Objective 1 By 2024, students at Elizabeth Seton High School enrolled in Algebra I, Algebra II, and Geometry will demonstrate improved math skills as measured by their achievement on a competency based instruction and assessment system. .

Objective 2 By 2024, Elizabeth Seton High School will develop and implement a comprehensive and differentiated assessment system correlative with the learning outcomes in each content area and with the profile of graduates.

Objective 3 By 2024, Elizabeth Seton High School will give evidence of a marked stability in its enrollment patterns by admitting a minimum of 160 students to the freshman class each year from 2017-2024.

Highlights of Report Recommended us for re accreditation. Three objectives and action plans were approved. Our Missions is lived everywhere. Community and Sisterhood was a prevalent theme. There is always someone here to help you. Academic excellence and commitment of teachers was another prevalent theme. Students receive support from teachers, Bayley Program and SWISS Cheese meetings.

Highlights of Report Lots of activities and sports for our students. Well organized school with supportive School Board. Parents are supportive and committed. Hiring an enrollment consultant was a great idea. Leadership model is getting more clear. Has its advantages.

Suggestions Scheduling - take a look at schedule for more teaching time and students taking more classes (Edwards has formed a committee) Guidance - strengthen it in the area of college counseling. Having more assistance with college counseling.
