Exam Timetable You will be given an individualised timetable this week The exam TT is also available on the school website and the SQA website.
Statement of Entry Take a note of your candidate number Check all your subjects are entered at the correct level Is your home address information up-to-date
Statement of Entry Subjects studied at college or another school will not appear on your invidualised timetables Please check with that school or college that you are entered and where you are sitting
Individualised Timetable You will be given the date and time of each exam You will be given the room and a seat number You must sit in the correct seat
Exam timetable Those with alternative assessment arrangements will have already discussed these with Mrs Kujawa Your individual timetable will include the extra time and/or alternative venue.
Exam timetable Those with ICT will be F29 for most exams You must wait and sign the printed copy before you leave after the exam.
Timekeeping – for everyone You must arrive at least 20 minutes before the first paper Check your room and seat number Seat numbers we be listed inside the Games Hall
Listen Listen carefully to all the instructions you are given Check you have the correct paper!!!!! Fill in all the details on the front of the paper
You will need Pens and pencils – take more than one (you might want to bring highlighters) Ruler Calculator – make sure the batteries are ok
Not allowed at your desk MOBILE PHONES If you can not leave it at home OR Leave your phone in your bag – it MUST be turned off
Not allowed at your desk bags and jackets must be left where instructed by invigilator Any Electronic Devices eg Smartwatches, Fitbits, tablets, ipods A pencil case The cover of your calculator
Invigilators the invigilators are in charge of the exams You must follow any instruction given If you feel ill during an exam, let them know
Expectations/Advice You must wear school uniform for exams You are allowed a small bottle of water to leave beside you desk Make sure you go to the toilet BEFORE the exam Remember the resource centre can be very warm Get some fresh air between papers
Illness if you are ill on the day of an exam, you must phone and let me know If you can get a doctor’s certificate please do so If you can not get an appointment, your parents must phone me.
Fire Alarm If the fire alarm goes off, stay where you are and the invigilators will give you instructions on what to do.
