ISIS Degree Application Fall 2013 Undergraduate/Professional Instructions

Students can visit ISIS to apply for their Bachelor Degrees. Under the section entitled “My Record,” students should select “Certificate/Degree Application”

After logging in, students select the option appropriate for them After logging in, students select the option appropriate for them. Undergraduates applying for graduation should select “Add degree application.”

The student will select the term in which they intend to graduate. The student then clicks “Next” to proceed to the next screen. Fall 2013

Students select the degrees in which they anticipate to receive by checking the boxes under the “Apply” column.

click on the “Submit Application” button. 1. Students verify the spelling of their name, as this is how it will appear on their diplomas. 2. Students then select whether or not they agree to have their names printed in the commencement program. 3. Students also check that they understand they must complete the graduation survey. 4. Finally, students click on the “Submit Application” button.
