Kentucky State Knights of Columbus Billings New Member Fees & Per Capita

New Member Billing Bills are sent twice per year: July Billing was sent out by email in August and it covers members initiated between January 1, 2015 and June 30, 2015. January billing will be sent early next year and covers members initiated between July 1, 2015 to December 31, 2015. Council Bills are based on the Supreme Membership Progress Report, Year To Date New Member Data. Billed $10 per new member and reserved as “Restricted Funds” to cover costs of 2nd & 3rd degree exemplifications. NOTE: A 50% discount is being offered this year to reduce the $10 per member to $5 per member for the 1st half of this year!

State Per Capita Billing “No later than February 10 annually the State Council will levy a Per-Capita assessment on all subordinate Councils in the jurisdiction.” The Bill Amount is based on your Council membership as of January 1, each year as listed in the Supreme Council Monthly Summary of Membership Status Report. The assessment must be paid by April 10 to avoid being denied representation at State Council meeting or suspension.
