General Behavior Unusually quiet, irritable, drowsy or restless

Appetite More than one feeding refused

Vomiting Vomiting between feedings Forceful not to be confused with spitting up

Bowel Movements/Urine Sudden increase of decrease in the number of stools, unusual color, odor, or consistency Decrease in urine

Fever Temperature of 102 degrees F. or above

Color Unusually flushed Lack of color (paleness) Rash

Breathing Slow or labored breathing Discharge from nose Excessive sneezing Coughing

Eyes Red, irritated Sensitive to light

Skin Dry or hot to the touch Excess perspiration
