Manor of the merchant N.P. Pashennih
This manor was built in 1897, the late extension was built in 1911. It belonged to a Minusinsk merchant, the owner of steam mills N.P. Pashennyh.
It is the two-storeyed yellow building with an oblique corner. The building facade is decorated with an easy decor. The building roof s blocked by roofing iron on wooden rafters.
The second floor of the house was inhabited, and on the first there were trading placements.
The manor of Pashennyh is located in the Oktyabrskaya street. Now it serves as an ornament of Minusinsk though demands repair. Today СПТУ №61 is located in this manor.
